After some initial difficulties with renewing my policy, my case was dealt with by Joe Coughlan who works on the Tunbridge Wells branch. Not only did he sort all the issues, he got me a great price on my policy. I went from nearly logging a compliant to actually being very happy with the service due to him.

The staff at Howdens have been really helpful in that they have found me a cheaper quote for my home insurance and also my elderly father's insurance has been renewed through them.
They are great with communication and do what they say in a respectful manner. A good experience really nice staff to talk to.
