I have used Howden and previously A-plan for a number of years. I am local to the Evesham branch and have enjoyed the face to face personal service. When i received a call from them regarding home insurance i did not notice that the call had come from the Hemel Hempstead branch. Afterwards i wanted to make some changes and went to Evesham to make the changes. Unfortunately my local team could not assist as the transaction was locked into H. Hempstead. This has protracted the process. I will check location next time

Not the cheapest but the service was second to none! We needed home insurance with special conditions and the advisers were great at finding us s policy which covered our needs and we felt confident the Howdens team would be there to help us if ever we had to make a claim.
