Pleased to have found Howden insurance in Malvern. Stephanie Pearce sorted my house insurance and Rob Byrd my business insurance. Was impressed with them both- helpful and professional and also patient as I struggle with the complexities and welcomed their help and experience to get a good straightforward result. Would recommend this firm and and will be returning next year to renew the policies.

Howden took time to really understand our house insurance needs and explain policy wording. I took time to dig about a bit on the internet myself but found nothing better (why would I when a specialist insurance broker is already on the case!). It was easy to get back to the same person at Howden and carry on our conversation. I understand our policy, I’m confident about future support if ever I need to claim and I’m happy to recommend Howden.

Would highly recommend. All the staff in the office were helpful, polite, efficient and went beyond the standard service companies give today. Nothing was too much trouble. No jargon, no AI trash, no contacting china/india, just face to face with a real human in a real office.

I have nothing but praise for George from the Eastleigh branch (Southampton) and his handling of an unusual request. Finding an Australian spec vehicle that was imported from the USA and not previously registered must have been intetesting.
He talked me trough the details he needed and in less than an hour came back to me with a fantastic quote.
I should point out that other specialist insurers could either not find the vehicle or told me that would be in touch over the next 48-72 hours !.
