The Howdens member of staff was able to see us without having made a prior appointment. I found that he was well informed and and produced relevant information that enabled us to make a quick decision regarding our insurance needs.
He was able to provide the insurance documents that we requested at the initial meeting and the policy he arranged was less expensive than our existing one.
