Aimee at Howden, Basingstoke, phoned to discuss renewing our house contents policy for another year. The good news was another insurer had been found at a lower premium for very similar cover as previous years. Aimee went carefully through all the main points and it was a great help. I have taken out Buildings and Contents Insurance with you, Ruth Chesterman was a great help and I am so pleased to have somewhere to come to when I need help with insurance matters, someone to talk to face to face rather than on the phone. I wear two hearing aids so the phone is difficult for me. I will be back next year when I need my car insurance renewed. Many thanks.
