I already had my other car insured with Howdens so when the insurance renewal for my Golf GTI was due I thought it only prudent to get a quote. I had the pleasure of speaking to Jamare Townsend at the Bristol branch and after many conversations as I am not one to make rash on the spot decisions I decided that Howdens price given there attention to detail and the no nonsense no pressure sell routine made my decision easy. I would recommend both the company and Jamare to anyone who wants a no nonsense company that puts the individual first and foremost.

I don’t make many claims and probably pay out myself just to avoid claims as the process is usually made complicated but thank goodness for Howdens Salisbury. James Millyard made the process straightforward no hastle and it was resolved within a week.

They are not in search engines so not always the cheapest but due to the fact I always find the staff to have strong sense of customer care and service I purchase both car and house insurance with them. Very helpful, polite and listen to my needs. I like the fact I get to speak to the same person whenever I have a claim, saves keep repeating myself. I am happy to pay a little more for this exceptional service.
