I felt I was blackmailed into getting insurance with yourselves as I was told if I didn’t I wouldn’t get the full refund on my old car that I have sold. The new insurance was about £80 dearer than another company I wanted to go with. The only reason I looked elsewhere was I was told that if I transferred my insurance from the old car to the new one it would cost me a further £250. No one offered to cancel the old insurance and take out a new one. The whole time I was with A-Plan I felt the staff were trying to get me the best quote. Now I feel since it has changed name that all you are after is as much money as you can get. So instead of paying £588 (which is still too high). Your company was asking £785. No I don’t think I will go with you in future as it’s not in my best interest.
