I got excellent service from the staff in the Bury St. Edmunds office. I immediately took out the policies on both my car and home insurance. Both were competitive prices. I found it easier to deal with people face to face.

Stress free all the way. No online communications, perfect for people who do not want everything digitalised. They still offer telephone customer service instead of digital robots on chat. More expensive than online car insurance, but worth it to save my sanity. Staff were lovely, polite, patient and very helpful. They didn't push their services with marketing jargon like most sales companies today. It was all done at my pace. Great company!

My taxi insuŕance is expensive but the staff at the Kirkintilloch office got me the most competative quote. I have a number of other insurance policies with them and it is important to me to have them all with Howden to make the management of the policies more efficient. I really value the advice I have been given at this office. Excellent service.

Within a few rings I was speaking with Nilish Parma who is a fantastic rep for Howden Insurance. He didn’t rush me and was willing to give me time to compare his quote with that of another company. I rang Nilish the next day and took out the insurance plan quoted.
Also I didn’t get a recording asking me to press various numbers and did not get the usual recording, as with other companies, suggesting to go onto www.

All good. They found me a price I was happy with for car insurance which included breakdown cover. I found it easy to understand what was included (which has not always been past experience with other companies), answered all my questions and I am pleased with the result.
