I contacted Howden with a change of vehicle. They had to pass me over to their sister company and the handover was relatively smooth. Great communication from all parties involved.
I will express there seemed to be a great change from my previous experience with Howden, where I felt the staff member I spoke with was very matter of fact and not engaging, where as every single member of staff I encountered on this occasion were super friendly, and appeared interested in helping me with my change over.
It is a little difficult to get through on the phone due to how busy their phone lines are, but this shows they are reassuringly busy with customers.
I felt valued and and very pleased with the outcome of insuring my motorhome with Howden and now feel very comfortable in recommending them.

Last year my car insurance increased so high, due to me being a name driver on my partners car policy. My beautiful partner passed away, but my car insurance increased over 120%.
I tried 3 online car insurance companies still massively high, then l went in person into Howden. The staff were so kind and helpful, car insurance price was reasonable.
This year l got a quote for my house insurance, again the quote was less than l paid and the staff were so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend Howden.
