We were very impressed with the personal attention we received as soon as we walked into the office. It was such a pleasant change to be able to chat to and have advice from lovely human beings, instead of trying to sort insurance out on line. It was a very good experience which we cannot fault. Having been a fan of Howden Insurance’s personal touch and first class support when I had a non-fault motor claim, I turned to the team in its Cheltenham branch to source insurance for my ‘new to me’ classic car.
Yet again, the customer service of the team at Cheltenham has been exemplary. Billy Hendle supported by Nicky Davies and Jenny worked their way through my non-standard insurance requirements. Today I had a call to say that Billy had sourced me bespoke insurance at a very keen price. I’m delighted.

I've dealt with Howdens for years. I have always found them very efficient, very pleasant people to deal with and they always get me the best insurance quotes. People may find cheaper options on the internet but the great thing about Howdens is that if you have a problem they are always there for you and sort out difficulties immediately - you don't often get that from web based deals.
