Face to face is the way forwards and Howden don’t use AI or online forms necessarily…you can go to one of their many branches and speak with real People. A great thing when you have Autism or other mental health issue. The Insurance jargon can be complicated unless a face to face appointment can be available.
So, I went to Howden twice, the second time, I decided to throw all the insurances together for a better deal, Car and home arranged by Amy Horn and Miguel Alturas who couldn’t be more helpful in finding decent prices and explaining the technical stuff! Well done!!

Policy outcome very good, only comment I would make is that at every call you speak to a different advisor and repeat the process. Also after completing transaction, was asked for details of previous policy which I had by then thrown away. Why was this not requested at initial info gathering ?
