Superb service. It took a while to go through my quote but everything was bespoke to my own vehicle and tailor made which made me feel very comfortable buying the insurance in the knowledge that I am properly covered. The quote also covered quite a few extra things at no extra cost and the excess was far less than other quotes. This was the thirteenth company I tried and I wish I'd come here first. I couldn't ask for better.

Because, I have been living in Europe there is zero no claims bonus. Welcome home! But this seems very unfair for a mid sixties man with decades of a clean record.

The Team at Exeter have been super from last September when I began business with them. When looking to get car insurance as a first time driver they were incredibly helpful in explaining to me all the terminology and how things worked to secure the best deal. When I was later involved in a non-fault accident the Team (especially Christina), once again was outstanding in their communications and timeliness in helping me get a courtesy car, repairs and the paperwork sorted. Compared to other stories I have heard I felt like I've hardly lifted a finger as Howdens was just that good at doing things on my behalf, especially with swatting off the opponents insurance company was harassing me endlessly. There is no reason why I would go looking for my own insurance again with anything when I have such a dedicated and friendly brokers such as Howdens.
