The lady and the gentleman I spoke to and who handled my renewal were extremely helpful and were happy to send me hard copies of my documents as well as on line copies, which was very useful to me as I am elderly and find paper copies easier to handle.

I crashed my car in January and James from the Farnborough branch was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He dealt with my case sympathetically as I was going through some stressful issues with my very poorly mother during the time of my claim. I have been with Howdens (prev A Plan Insurance) for years without any need to claim but this time round the whole experience was seemless. It was especially good to speak to an actual advisor who spoke to me as an individual quickly and easily and who was extremely knowledgeable. Thankyou Howdens.

The service I received from Howdens was excellent. Not only was every attempt to find the best quote but the communication until I took out the policy in person at the branch rather than over the phone or online the follow up was again excellent. This gave me an opportunity to ask the right questions check anything that you would only find in the lengthy terms and conditions. Overall 5*
