A couple of days ago I got my car insurance reminder re email so I phoned Howden and spoke to Reece from the Aylesbury branch. I found him to be polite, friendly and helpful with regard to my insurance renewal. He didn't try to overload me with information. He simply found out what I wanted and based the discussion around that. The quote was clearly broken down which made choosing cover an easy process. Overall, it was a good experience and the quote was cheaper than last years!

The operator was very helpful and reliable....in terms of calling back, as she had advised. The actual process was somewhat lengthy and did, in particular, involve far too much convoluted paperwork that actually led to errors...in terms of the wrong cover note being supplied.

I have been with this company several years now both with private car and Taxi insurance. I have always been very impressed by there professionalism and friendliness but always said the proof of efficiency would come with a claim. Following a very unfortunate incident with a deer, this was put to the test and wow, did they deliver. My claims handler Rochelle De Sa was outstanding and showed great empathy and understanding at the same time, she knew exactly how to progress the claim and my entitlements, making the whole process so simple. Here I am 3 weeks later, car fully repaired. Amazing service and company
