The first Person I spoke to was Bradley, he was very helpful and patients with his questioning. I deferred completing the policy until I had thought about it. He called the next day but I was still thinking. I later phoned and spoke to Francis and completed the transaction. Both men were very professional, helpful and polite.

Excellent customer service, Alice Henwood went over and above to help when my father went into a care home and we didn’t have Power of Attorney to sort his insurance policies. She was incredibly understanding, swiftly took action and sought advice or approval when necessary and was so kind. I can’t fault Howdens - if only every Customer Service was this good!
