I recently took out insurance for my dog grooming business with Howden. Dilpa from the Tooting branch went above and beyond to ensure all my businesses needs were met, even taking time out to do a site visit to make sure everything I needed was covered. She explained my policy in great detail, answered any questions I had and made lots of recommendations of things I hadn’t even thought of, all whilst working around my schedule. She also gave me advice on how to deal with my previous insurers and cancelling the policy. I would highly recommend!
