A very efficient service from helpful staff. My criticism is that I have to request a renewal quote in order to have sufficient time to make comparisons from other suppliers.

I recently had a claim through A Plan (Ageas being the insurer). I left my mobile of the roof of my brothers car. My phone was beyond economical repair, so I needed to purchase a new one. My claim was settled in just over 24 hours! I was amazed and can not thank A Plan claims team (and Ageas claims team) enough! The money was put into my account within 5 days which has meant that I have been able to get everything sorted within a week. Worth every penny. Could not recommend enough!

I have been with A-Plan for several years and always found them to give me the best insurance company quotes available. I carried on with my car insurance this year as they were still the best price, but unfortunately I had to get a different house insurance company as Covea, that I had been with told them I was in a high risk flood area and wanted a lot extra money from me. I told them I was up a hill and not likely to get flooded, but they used the post code irrespective. I was sorry not to carry on with Covea, but couldn't afford them
