I first used A-Plan 40 years ago for car insurance & the service was excellent. I then had a company car for 30 years, but have now returned to A-Plan and the help and service is just as good.
I have now transferred my home insurance to them and reduced my premiums by nearly 50%!
I am reassured that should I need to make a claim I can speak face to face with someone who will provide whatever assistance I need.

Ok but windscreen insurance went up £30 after claim, from £70 - £100 excess on policy renewal. Have a protected no claim, but not told it does not support windscreen cover.
