It has been easy to renew, all the information is presented simply yet covers all aspects of the insurance. Friendly staff and straightforward. If I have a complaint it is that the cost for my particular needs is rather high!

Excellent service. They look at the options and offer what they advise is the best deal. One can always buy something cheaper but as far as insurance is concerned when you need to make a claim you want an organisation that is going to be helpful not leaving you to fight an insurance company that doesn't want to pay out. You get what you pay for and in my opinion A Plan is value for money.
