Although A plan staff are always courteous and the phone is answered quickly it is very difficult to get them to call you back. I find I have to constantly badger hem for a timely response. It seems curious to me that you can get prices from 30 companies in 20 seconds on a comparison site but it takes A plan up to 2 days to get back to me with a quote. They also ask you for all your driver details for every quote even when you have a current policy with them taken out just a month before - that's tedious.

very good sevice , good price for our car insurances just hope next year the deal is as good, always seems i have to change insurance companies every year as the best deals go to new customers . Why dont you insurance companies want to keep your best customers? I havent made a claim in over 30 years
