Unfortunately my experience with the local office in Wilmslow in respect of car insurance was poor. The rep got me a great quotation. But I queried a specific - and got call back with second assurance. So I asked for this in writing - and had to chase for response. Next day I had a call to say it was wrong after all, in line with my suspicions, and cover was not even available. Woeful.
