From start to finish it was all about me. Now that rarely happens! If your unclear on something within your policy it is clearly explained. No hidden extras. Value for money is what I was looking for and I feel with this policy I have just that. Was told I could add extras on whenever needed. This company ticks all the boxes for me.

Very helpful, get good quotes. Send though documentation then follow up with phone call a bit later and able to renew over phone. Charge for renewal isn't the cheapest.

Owning a business and being responsible for insuring my company vehicle I was unfortunately caught up in a messy situation with another insurance company that led to me having to cancel my policy with them due to not being able to find the correct details linked with my registration.

I spoke with Oliver Rosi and the professionalism and experience he demostrated was fantastic. He took me through the whole process and went away for a few minutes and came back with what turns out to be the best quotation I have had. No mess, no fuss, no puff or sales waffle. Great advice, professional advice and an absolute pleasure to have dealt with.

I have to tip my hat to A Plan Insurance (Eastbourne) - in particular, April Bree. Throughout my time as a policyholder with A Plan April has been professional, personable, knowledgeable in all things insurance and has always been on the end of the phone when I needed advice & assistance.
There are always going to be cheaper quotes out there, but in the event that you need to use the insurance policy you have, it was a relief to have someone like April to deal with it for me.
