My long time insurance broker shut up shop and passed us to A Plan. I must say I couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone at their office is professional polite friendly and helpful. Dealing with insurance companies through a call centre leaves me frustrated and confused with all the hoops you need to jump through. A Plan is the perfect interface.

My initial renewal I would give 5 stars, however when I needed to have a policy amended on the 27th Nov poor communication and had to make several calls to get an update. Also was emailed with update on monthly instalments but no attachment of updated policy and had to make another call to ask for the attachment to be emailed

Very easy to deal with, I was insuring a modified car, and they understood exactly what cover I needed, beat all other modified insurance quotes I had got, and when I rang up to take my policy out, I was done in 10 minutes
