I came by this agent almost by accident, I felt I was being ripped off by my present insurers. I also had some very specific requirements that I payed out at the on set. I have used A-Plan in Hemel Hempstead to insure my car for a few years now. After my daughter had an accident from a hit and run driver they pulled out all the stops and I really mean everything to assist her. Having had other insurance brokers in the past I can confirm that A-Plan surpass user friendliness and company ethics to a height I have never experienced in any other Insurance broker ever!
