Popped in off the street and took out two competitive policies as fed up with on line companies who, should you need to telephone them, keep you on hold and automated statements are constantly bombarding you. A-plan enable you to speak to a human when you need it. Very refreshing and helpful.

All staff i spoke to were very polite and helpful. Found me a very good car insurance plan saving me over £75 pounds for the same type of cover. I would recommend them to anybody at least to ask them for a quote and i'm sure you will insure with them.

I called to amend my policy and was expecting the usual twenty minute wait to speak to an operator, as is usual with most call centres. I got through straight away and spoke to Sophie, who was lovely. She was professional, helpful and having told her why I needed to amend the policy, she showed real empathy too.
I ended up with a much better policy than I had before and it was all done quickly and efficiently. I took out an additional legal cover, but Sophie called me back to advise this can only be done at the start of a policy and not mid-way through. She was very apologetic and explained the reasons, which was fine.
