I found the advisor I spoke with to be polite and interested in finding a motorcycle insurance policy that fitted my requirements.

Recently took out home insurance, combined building and contents with accidental cover for both elements too.
Didn't completely get what I wanted, normally go for a £50.00 excess, instead £100.00 excess with an additional excess insurance cover thrown in for free. Allowed up to 3 claims ( £300.00 ) per year.
Hence gave a four star rating.

Administration could improve! Very annoying to be ignored in favour of my husband, despite the fact that i arranged and paid for the policy. Emails are still adressed to him. Also disconcerting to be phoned in a follow-up call to see if i wanted to take out the policy some time after i had done so.
I hope things would be better should i ever need to call on the insurance. People were helpful and friendly, gave me a decent quote.

We use A-Plan for all our vehicle insurance and home and contents too as they always find the cheapest price and when the insurance company has issues find you another insurance company and refund any monies not now payable.
So much easier than finding insurance alone.
I can highly recommend A-Plan.

always professional and helpful

Having just insured my car and being told the house insurance would be due soon, no problem! The problem was I had informed A-Plan that my husband had passed away but the phone call was still for Mr Greenwood, very upsetting.

A company that looks what is best suitable for you and not for themselves.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Phil originally, now Dan Thomson, both of whom have provided car and Home insurance for myself and all of my children.

We have used A Plan for a many years & have always found them very helpful, professional & good value. We would recommend them to anyone.

I have dealt with many companies in my time for various reasons including many insurance companies. A-Plan came highly recommended by a close friend as I needed to change my car insurance. In the time that I have been with Guildford A-Plan I have had no reason for concern of any kind. I have never been involved as a customer with a company previously with staff which have been so professional, kind, friendly and have bent over backwards to provide my needs. Always asked if I would like a drink and received a great welcome. In fact they have been so efficient in their professional abilities that I have now changed my home insurance to A-plan
and saved money in the process. In a nut shell the staff at Guildford are round pegs in rounds holes and are like a breath of fresh air. It is great to deal with great people whom know what they are about. The Manageress Lottie deserves promotion because of her exemplary knowledge concerning her profession and the manner in how she deals with customers such as myself . The other members of staff in the office will I am sure go on to do well in their chosen profession not just because of their knowledge in their craft but also because of their ability to deal with people. In fact I can’t recall ever had any dealings with ANY company....... insurance or otherwise.....where the staff have been so friendly and helpful and good fun with a great sense of humour. A great bunch of people to say the least .In fact I personally view the staff at Guildford A-Plan more like my friends and far more than just people who are providing me with a service . A-Plan is truly an amazing firm and I’m not saying that because I work for them but because I’ve worked for many companies before and I’ve never seen anything like it. I am proud to say I work and am a customer of a firm that gives its ALL for customers, always. You don’t see it behind the scene but I’ve never been in a firm that work this hard to keep its customers. It’s not about the price, it’s about the quality of service and the right product for customers. You can go online and get ridiculously cheaper price but what do you actually get? A-Plan can’t always be competitive but when you are with them you are in the right hands for sure! They definitely take care of their staff and with happy staff they also take care of you as clients. Highly recommended to work for or to come to as clients.

Very pleased with the service I received from A-Plan Insurance,
especially from Mathew Bennett, who did all he could to arrange a reasonably priced policy which was £25.00 cheaper than my previous
insurer "Direct Line" for the same cover. I would recommend this 1st class insurer.

Alex Jones from the Chester office has looked after us superbly. We have moved back to the U.K. from the USA and he advised us clearly on the fact that not all insurers would take into account the 6 + years no claim we had built up on our cars in the States. The quotes he obtained for my wife and myself were highly acceptable and he explained that when the annual renewal comes up, the pool of potential insurers will open up so hopefully there will be additional savings to be enjoyed. Alex went the extra yard and it was much appreciated!
