I have used "A" Plan for a long time now. My husband, I, and friends that I have introduced to A Plan, have great trust in these professional, kind people.There is one contact for case, in hand,, no yards of options and disinterested different customer care "robots".
I have just placed a renewal for my sister and brother-in-law, through Chris, at the Surrey Branch. He managed to, more than, halve the premium for my elderly relatives, provide just as good, if not better, cover and was lovely to deal with. What a difference to the Insurance company when I cancelled my relatives existing policy this morning!! Helpful to the last, Chris is sending me all the policy documents so that I may take them to my sister and brother-in-law to explain everything to them.

A-plan staff in Evesham are very polite and helpful without being pushey and annoying! I always like a few days to think policies over(irratating for them I'm sure) and get back to them when I am ready which they respect.
