Having purchased a new Hybrid car I called in to A-Plan to update my policy. Unfortunately my existing insurers declined to take on this type of vehicle. It was soon established other Companies were also reluctant which meant a real slog finding cover. The agent spent quite some time on my behalf but came up trumps. Been insuring through A-Plan for a few years now, both car and home insurance. They always come up with the goods and are so helpful and friendly.

Car policy price - excellent! BUT was bugged unnecessarily for NCD Cert before my old policy with competitor had expired. When I sent the cert at beginning of new A Plan policy received NO acknowledgement.
Years of experience with A Plan with car and household but this pestering without acknowledgement I found irritating.
