Weybridge Branch - I have lived and worked globally and truly can say that A-Plan is by far the most service-oriented and competent company. When you call you are never in a queue and any of the agents can deal with you due to their incredible client management system. They are well trained, polite, helpful, ingenious in matching client-need and insurer and looking out for lowest price with highest value. I had to deal with three policies recently and Chris looked at all options and gave me the best cover at the best price. He was amazing and I really appreciate his care and quick response. Only thing I could ask for is after-hours service but have managed to date. Thanks folks and in particular Chris. Well done. Scott

I have just come off the phone with the Tooting Office to renew my car insurance for another year. I spoke with and was looked after by Liz Bell. She was in a word fantastic! Her calm and diligent manner put me at ease, and wasn’t adverse to add humour when needed ... especially given the current times we are going through.
She sourced me a great deal for another year whilst maintaining all my add ons to the policy.
I’ve been with A - Plan since purchasing my current car 5 years ago. The staff at the Tooting Office have been superb in each of those 5 years, but Liz is a real credit to the Company.
When I change my car next year for a new one (due the ultra low emissions law) I will have no hesitation coming to A - Plan for insurance.

We cannot thank Lottie enough for supporting us through a recent burglary at home. Her empathetic and helpful approach by contacting us regularly post event, liaising with the insurers when we hit a brick wall, made a very traumatic time for us so much easier to manage. We absolutely recommend A Plan and my son has already taken out cover based on the exceptional service we received.

What a fantastic experience today with Alex Nea of the Private Client Team. I called at 1150 am needing car insurance in place for tomorrow morning and looking for great service and a better deal that my existing company - this was for a second car for me so not straight forward as was the car choice. Not only was the service outstanding, the price was great and the "special policy" had various other benefits. My documents were received within the hour!

I am very pleased with the cooperation with Pol-Plan Insurance . A plan is the best insurance broker out there they've supported me through the claim with my insurance provider RSA. Steve from Basingstoke Branch needs a promotion 10/10 he's the most genuine helpful person I've ever come across dealing with insurance. I recently renewed my American Truck insurance with A Plan, They value loyal customers premium increases are not the usual "how much can we get away with" but fair increases due to market trends keep it up guys and I'll be with you forever but not the only reason to recommend their claims department are helpful and efficient. and made my claim painless and easy.. Just completed my new car insurance deal with the Kidderminser branch. Having had a company car for several years, there were a number difficult issues. These were overcome with the assistance of Matthew Fellows, who offered me a very competitive solution that was significantly lower than the comparison sites. I would advise anyone to consider this very personal service before going down that route.
Impressed so much, I took out home insurance at the same time. These guys have gone onto my Christmas list. Theyll have to wait a while though!!
