disappointed. I didn't receive a reminder from you about my car insurance. when I phoned you said it was on its way. but I never got it... I phoned again. and we concluded the insurance on the phone. I asked for the documents to be posted to me but I have never received them. because of the lockdown I haven't phoned again. but will not renew with you again if I don't get them or get a reminder next year.

thats an advice for everyone if u guys dont want to lose your money just stay away from A Plan insurance because all what they care about is making money i have been scammed really bad from this company.
