I have been going to A-Plan for all my insurance (Home & Motor) for the last few years and have been consistently and pleasantly surprised at how good they are. Service is quick anmd efficient and staff are cheerful and really good communicators who seem well-trained and motivated to produce an excellent service. It's a rare thing in this day and age to find such a genuinely good company in this sector and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have been using A-Plan for a few years now, usually come up with a competitive deal along wiht good service. Changed car and was a bit surprised with the larger than expected increase. Hopefully we'll be able to look around a bit come renewal time

On changing car over got told there was a 23 pound fee as I was going from a 2000 cc to a 3000cc but I was not same size engine
