Worth working with companies like A-Plan because insurance companies definitely do not reward loyalty.

A plan made a mistake in not giving due notice on my renewal for car insurance, I’ve used Aplan for a number of years now & spoke with Eamonn, from Birmingham who called me after I complained & has resolved the Problem & apologised, his call was important To me & feel Aplan a real insurance Company responding to complaints & needs

Staff were very professional, and were able to get a me a good deal on my car insurance. They were not quite able to beat some of the quotes i had from online comparison sites but i would prefer to support local businesses, even if it means paying slightly more. The app is ok but could do with an update (doesnt seem as polished as other insurance apps i have used in the past) but overall i am pleased with the service received.
