I went down the usual route of comparison sites which to be honest was about the same price,,,,but I got more for my money going direct with A-plan,, Matt was very helpful and explained everything and got me a good deal,you can also download an app which means you can find all your docs pretty easy

Very helpful staff who did all the searching for me. Saved money as well as they sourced different policies (ie legal cover) and merged them into one package rather than buying all cover from one provider. Good to know if if I have a claim I simply visit the branch rather than get stuck in a phone queue.

We have used A Plan for insurance for many years. The service is always efficient and the prices are competitive. It takes all the hassle out of getting several quotes, several times a year, for different policies. When we have had the misfortune to have to make a claim, this has been handled very quickly and effectively.

Have been with A-Plan for several years now and have always found the Taunton team to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (as well as patient when I’m asking so many questions or altering things!). Prices have been cheaper than previous companies I was with so am very happy! It’s nice to know I can go in and speak to someone as well as sort things out on the phone. Car quote very competitive with on-line companies, very friendly staff. Not pushy. Benefits of a local broker is they are there to sort problems face to face, quickly. Unlike internet companies with hanging on the phone for ages, or talking to a Robot. They represent you for claims with insurance companies.

What can I say. Been with this company forever and hopefully expect to continue using, such a brilliant service!.
Only thing i would suggest is providing the figure paid last year compared to the renewal premium. On the same policy basis obviously. But tbh not always cheapest but customers service and prompt email responses are brilliant especially if you very busy.
