Great customer service from A-Plan Insurance. I always find them to be helpful, dedicated, professional and polite. They proactively sorted out the couple of queries I had with the policy and always kept me updated. They are especially good at reviewing all alternative policies available for the market and bringing these to your attention if they believe them to be suitable and competitive. This is why we have several of our building, contents and car insurance with them. Keep up the great work

If it were financially possible I would renew my contents and car insurance with no one else. Contents is good but for my car I find A Plan too expensive.

I have been a customer of APlan since 2002, since that time I have had 3 cars written off, none of the accidents were my fault. I stay with A Plan because of how I was looked after during each claim.

Been on a few VW form's and a plan has always come up when anyone has asked about van insurance and I thought I would give them a go and I'm glad I did there slot cheaper than my old insurance company so over I went and I'm a happy camper 🤣 many thanks guys

Hi there, I have just renewed my car insurance policy through A1 Plan of Bournemouth ; all aspects of the renewal process was explained to me, additional options to the policy were made available to me as we went through the process : some taken up some not.
