I had to make a claim on the household contents insurance during lockdown. I contacted A-Plan and they arranged with the insurance company to email a claim form. The form arrived, however it would not accept any entries. I contacted A-Plan. They arranged for a representative from the insurer to contact me by 'phone, A-Plan passed on details of the times that I would be available. The company 'phoned during a time when I had said I was not available. They agreed to 'phone back the next day. No call came. A-Plan contacted me to check how it went, I gave the sorry tale. The company never did 'phone back. In the end A-Plan 'phoned me and the insurer and passed me on directly. Excellent work A-Plan. Matter is now resolved I have cheque!

A very good service is provided. My only criticism would be that I have three different insurance policies with A-plan (house, contents and car). Apparently all three have to be dealt with by three different offices. This is inefficient and confusing.I am sure I spend three times the amount of time on the telephone than could be required.
