Having spent three frustrating days on the internet attempting to confirm cover on a new vehicle with companies without contact telephone numbers, I decided to contact A-Plan.
How refreshing to speak to Simon initially then John Fletcher who called me back within 15 mins with quote options - seamless, and policy all confirmed within two telephone calls. They have both restored my faith in humankind and that the art of 'communication' is still alive!

I have to say that the whole process from inquiry to succesfully aquiring a comprehensive and great valued insurance plan was a smooth and stress free experience all handled by a lady called Aliyah! She was really helpful and got me the insurance I wanted for a great price from AXA.
