Only complaint would be that I asked to have the paperwork posted to me but didn't receive it. Have emailed and still not received it and ended up calling today to get it sent out. Hopefully I will get it this time.

We like the fact that in a covid free year we can actually call into Aplan in Horsham and talk face to face with someone instead of on a phone or work through computer data.
Please let’s not lose this last bastion of actually talking with people.

Great friendly service, listened to my comments and acted accordingly, Robert was friendly and professional and did all he could to make me feel I was taken seriously and was more than ‘just a number’ he worked hard to keep me as a client and after all the work he put in I was more than happy to stay with A-Plan insurance.
