So nice to actually talk to someone (who was very pleasant) regarding the cover that you need rather than continually filling details in on line along with tick boxes and worrying you might have ticked the wrong box and then not be covered properly.
No pressure selling just say yes and no to cover you want, you can ask what these add on bits really mean and decide if you need them or not.
Policy was competitive and I have the cover I need, even more important as I am leasing the car.
Would definitely recommend.

I have been with the company since I past my driving test which has been over 10 years. I have no complaints with their service, they are very good at reminding me and trying to get in contact with me when renewal is coming up. Sometimes too good!! But the people are amazing they say what they are going to do and never disappoint. I was recommended this from my dad and he also cannot fault aplan. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Extremely good service on initial contact and very acceptable renew policy but on trying to contact A-plan to finalise payment I was told twice that the person I wished to speak to was a) unavailable and b) at lunch. On a third attempt I was finally told she was on annual leave! Not very efficient and wasted mine and their time.

A-Plan Insurance Newbury branch representative was excellent! The person very patiently endured repeated lost mobile phone connections as we discussed car insurance options whilst I was a passenger being driven along the North Somerset coast! He meticulously tracked all the options available to us. He provided us with a good deal, completed the next day, giving us the continuity of customer service we needed.
