With A plan there is a local office which means l can speak to someone in person and not have to go on line. I'm older and still like the personal touch. So any problems are easily sorted.

Daniel was very helpful with my house and contents insurance quote. We had an issue many years ago which still has an impact on insurance quotes so it was not as competitive as A plan or I would have liked but having a local broker is useful still and they held last years price

the straff were very helpful in getting me the best price for my car insurance, me being a senior , i found it so difficult to compare prices, there being so many companies out there, but the young lady at A Plan was more than efficient, and so cheerful throughout,putting my mind to rest over several points. Recommended by a neighbour. Local company, easy to access and great to actually meet f2f, rather than via phone. Extremely professional, non pushy, fair, unbiased and, most importantly, very very competitive. Have switched house and car across and more may follow on renewal. Yesterday I renewed both my home and car insurance and found the process very painless. Insurance is necessary but it can also be daunting going through what is needed etc. but Kathryn Hyde-Hunter at the Carterton branch took the time and was very thorough. I have used A Plan for a number of years and hopefully will continue to do so.

Had to change Home Insurance plan, agent took details, got plan altered and all was well. Insurance Plan was then also due for renewal for a further year and this went smoothly. Great company to deal with and agents all knowledgeable on their plans.

I have been using Aplan in Bournemouth for both personal and business insurance for the best part of 18 years and have always found them to be helpful and generally competitive. This year I have move a policy to another insurer as they weren't competitive on that occasions.
My most recent renewal was for a motor insurance policy. They almost lost my custom as the agent, when I told them I had received cheaper quotes, said that they can't compete with comparison sites and neither did they have to, as they offer a far superior service with personal advisors available via telephone, this came across as arrogant in my opinion.
In the end they did manage to achive an acceptable premium for which is was greatful.
