I'm with the Bournemouth branch. I took up with A-Plan on the recommendation of the manager of the dealership where I bought my car in 2013 (a friend of my Father's). Their prices are good and they take good care of me for accidents and renewals. Wouldn't change. They are always so polite, helpful and never try to rush me.

I have three policies currently active through A-Plan and have always found them very helpful, competitive and informative. Even explained their portfolio on one occasion and suggested that I might get a better quote with a specialist provider. I will say that I have never yet had to make a claim so are unable to comment on that side of the business.
