I recently renewed my Business Van insurance with Thomas Houlding at the Bournemouth office and he was super helpful. My van has some modifications that some insurance companies won't cover so Tom persevered in finding the right cover for me. It hadn't really increased from the previous year too so I was really happy.

I had been a customer of another broker for over 35 years & was not happy following an announcement they were shutting down as, having been involved in the motor trade for MANY years, I much appreciate the personal value of a broker rather than going 'direct' just to save a few pounds. With this in mind I had distinct reservations continuing with yourselves (A Plan,) being an unknown quantity to me, & in all honestly, I had no intention of continuing with A-Plan, however, having found my A-Plan agent (name check & thanx to Ashley here,) to be so approachable, efficient & professional I am more than happy to remain with A-Plan, and will happily recommend them to my friends & family.

I rang A-Plan a few months ago to inquire about car insurance as my boyfriend and his family all use A-Plan. The lady I spoke to was very polite and patient (I am not an expert when it comes to car questions!) and went out of her way to look for the best deals for my insurance. In the end I didn't take out car insurance with A-Plan because I'm a new driver in Newcastle and they were honest that they couldn't find me the best deal. But my boyfriend and his family have all been really happy with their services and the help they provide so once I have a few years no claims bonus I will ring A-Plan and ask them to sort my own insurance. Thank you!

I rang A Plan last night, they were closed but they rang me back this morning. I was given a number for the department i needed to insure my van/campervan. I rang 01635 879 910 and spoke to Ibrahim. He was very easy to speak to, listened to everything I had to say and was so helpful. He sorted me out a brilliant deal with Dan Cameron as I was recommended to use A Plan from the 'Just T4' group on facebook and now I can see why. I can't praise Ibrahim at A Plan enough.

I have been with A-Plan off and on since 1989 and my first car! I am using more now and hold several policies as their service and attention to detail are second to none. Add to that super reasonable quotes, very reasonable home insurance quote arranged just last week with Chris Ashford, the service is polite and friendly simple and quick. I highly recommend A-Plan.

I received a car insurance quote on Friday, & then Chris Ashford the broker, suggested I might get a cheaper quote for home insurance & car if both done together. He called me back today with new quotes for both & cheaper than existing. I was delighted. He was very personable, polite & easy to understand & all my questions were readily answered.
