I received a phone call as a reminder for home insurance, discussed slight change, as I needed time to consider the change I was given time to think. A few days later I was phoned back, we finalised the home insurance. I was then offered a call when car insurance was due, with an incentive of £50 off . I thought that very interesting.

A good price for what looks like a good bundle of cover, i looked around prior to speaking to the renewal team and this was the best price out there for the amount of cover that match all the others. I have been a customer for a lot of years now and have both myself and my wives car covered as well as the house so that must say something!!

Recently renewed car insurance, I find A- Plan give an excellent service, and there if you need to speak to them with any concerns. They are there at the end of a phone, you are not put on hold waiting to speak to someone at some point in the day, like many other companies.
