It was handled professionally with a great degree of knowledge.
insurance was not the cheapest but at least this company is contactable without having to hold on the phone whilst loosing the will to live.

The service and support has been excellent. Even when VNF (French waterways) sent a claim 18 months after an incident, which they told me on 3 occasions would not result in a claim, A-Plan dealt with the issue promptly and without issue. I have been impressed

I called in at the Ruislip office when the insurance on my two cars was due for renewal and asked if they could beat my online renewal quote. Tom Harris told me that they would try hard and they did. They found me quotes slightly cheaper but with much smaller excesses in the event of a claim. I have taken up these policies. I am delighted with Tom's professional service.
