Always get great help and treatment from A-Plan. Have used them for years and occasionally leave them for better on-line, but always end up going back. I have sympathy with brokers as they have to charge and admin fee which on-line insurers don't, but mostly it is worth paying a bit more to get the service and assistance.

Have been with A Plan for many years now. They are one of the best insurance brokers I've had the privilege of dealing with. The reason I initially chose A Plan was because of the replacement van with a water fed pole system in case of an accident.
Since using them I love the friendly no pressure service and competitive rates on all insurances.

Have been using A Plan for our van insurance as its specialist type of insurance, however we now have both our cars insured with them and our Public Liability insurance too.
Prices are good but just as or more importantly you have an individual at the end of the line whenever you call - no outsourcing - no call centre!!!!!

A very efficient service from helpful staff. My criticism is that I have to request a renewal quote in order to have sufficient time to make comparisons from other suppliers.
If I can get insurance at a cheaper price I have always found them agreeable to negotiation.

I recommend A Plan Basingstoke to many people. Friendly, stress free service- they are helpful at finding the right policies and when we have needed to make a claim. I recently had a claim through A Plan (Ageas being the insurer). I left my mobile of the roof of my brothers car. My phone was beyond economical repair, so I needed to purchase a new one. My claim was settled in just over 24 hours! I was amazed and can not thank A Plan claims team (and Ageas claims team) enough! The money was put into my account within 5 days which has meant that I have been able to get everything sorted within a week. Worth every penny. Could not recommend enough!
