Elaine Phillips at Sheldon Branch is a Star - I had a no fault accident - 17 year old ran in the rear of my stationary vehicle , bounced off into a Mondeo head on - the two were write offs and the total claim was £90k - it was eventually agreed 2.5 years later that I was not at fault but during that time I was paying a significant premium on the two cars I run - Elaine championed my case for a rebate and this week I received £750 back - also my future premiums should be lower - great job Elaine - take a bow - Peter 17-11-2020

We have been using A Plan for years now, and introduced others to their services. We have car insurances as well as house insurance etc. They are such a lovely friendly group where you feel valued. Needing immediate insurance to enable me to exchange an old car for new just before lockdown, A Plan found a new insurer at a better rate, arranged insurance overlap to facilitate collection, and organised cancellation of the old insurance - all with a single phone call. I was impressed how efficiently this was arranged and the helpful manner of Adam & the team at Salisbury.

Fantastic experience insuring our vehicles through A-Plan. Jeff Pellett in the Southampton office deserves a mention for exceptional customer service, he was friendly, concise, and thorough, making everything easy and saving us time and money in the process.
