Usually have a good experience have 5 vehicles insured with them and helped me with an accident which was not my fault been with them for some time.Would have been 5 stars but for some reason my son was treated poorly and was upset by this.

I am one of those people who who tend to stay with the same provider. However I have noticed that car insurance each year goes up. I was also surprised to find out that a claim against a separate insurance I have for cosmetic paintwork with a different supplier, appears on my current insurance arranged by A-Plan. I have come to the conclusion that it is better to pay cash up front for small things as insurance companies seem to penalize and indeed fleece people. When I have needed to contact A-plan I have found them helpful and efficient though. I just think the insurance industry in general can be a trifle unethical. It would be really nice to come across a system that is fairer. Next world perhaps!
