I have consulted A-Plan over insurance over recent years both as a self-employed courier driver and a private motorist. They have always given me really trustworthy advice and they have a really calm and professional manner without the dreaded "hard sell"! Aplan were incredibly helpful in finding a car insurance plan. John at their Worcester branch and Josh in Oxford were both very polite, clear, and professional but also down to earth so I felt that they were actually trying to get me the best deal for me. Great experience and would highly recommend to everyone to go through them. Ended up with a fab insurance plan, and left feeling good about my interactions.

A-PLAN are always helpful and happy to explain anything required. My only small issue is that the renewal is always quite high until you challenge it. the agent explained the renewal is from the existing company and when I contact to renew they go out to the market place for further quotes. So far they have always matched other quotes just wished I didn't have to go through this process each time.
