Excellent service from Jane Spragg in the Kidderminster branch for my car insurance. She was extremely helpful, the service was very efficient and it was reassuring to speak to someone to be able to ask questions tor clarification of specific facts. My first contract call from you was not the best. The caller a young lad had a bad attitude to me when I told him I was going to look around to see if I could find a better deal. I did find one but the second caller ( Chris ) was more helpful
