A-Plan Banbury staff were pro-active in contacting me before my motor insurance renewal date and quickly found me the best deal. Similarly, they were able to beat the quote from my existing insurer for home and contents. Overall they were able to save me over £100 for the year. The renewal was ok. I dislike the endless messaging, well before renewal is due. One text will do. I asked for my documents to come in the post, but I am still waiting. The policy, the bit that matters, is fine.
