Telephone answered immediately, no waiting. Explained the type of car insurance that i required and was transferred to Becky who sorted everything that i required. Thank's to Becky and the lady that i spoke to first.Both very polite and friendly.

We had our caravan insurance with them for years, Then added home insurance and now have our car insurance with them so that says a lot , cant fault them for service when a company rings you and says the quote we gave you we have just found a cheaper one if you would like to consider it ,shows that they put their customers first Definitely recommend them to anyone

My car insurance didn't renew in August as planned and I wasn't aware until I received a letter from the Motor insurance Database which I thought was a scam. Turned out it wasn't. As I have other Insurance with A-Plan I didn't notice direct debit wasn't being taken. Effectively I was not insured from 2nd August to 16th November. I dread to think what I would have done if anything should have happened. Please be vigilant and check your payments are being collected.
