As a small business I like to deal with suppliers who are also small businesses or at least understand their needs. I think A-Plan does that well. They are not the cheapest but not uncompetitive either and to have a personal relationship is a big plus. I liked the approach of not trying to oversell and very down to earth. Scott at Tooting was my contact and he is very fair and attentive.
