I have 3 insurance policies with A-Plan. The staff in Dunstable are great and l can go in at anytime and discuss my needs with them, they are always willing, supportive and helpful. They search through policies to find the best one to suit my individual needs.I know l could have got insurances at a slightly cheaper price however it would be without the personal service and support provided by A-Plan. Thankfully l have never had to make a claim however l know l can walk in or call A-Plan and l will have personal support. YAY

Was recomended to A-Plan from a VW T4 Facebook forum. At least the guy I spoke to was conversant with T4's, whereas on contacting other insurers it was like trying to get blood out of a stone.

I have always used A plan. They achieve the best results that saves me time when looking for car insurance and get me a competitive price. Recently when a person backed into my car they talked me through the process. Having never had an accident before after over 35 years of driving they explained everything to me including what would happen and what i should expect from my insurers. Insurance is so easy with A plan. I thoroughly recommend.

We have been dealing with A-plan for many years now, for our car and home insurance needs, both in Hampshire, & now in Dorset. In all cases, we have always experienced kindness, & professional service. They look for the best price, and match it to our needs. We have looked around at other companies in the past, just to see if there were any differences in prices, but have found most were more expensive, and have stayed with A-plan for all our needs. I have had two years car insurance cover for two cars and even added my house insurance. A- plan got me good prices which were very competitive saving me over two hundred pounds. That has to be good! Staff are very polite & extremely helpful, particularly their general manager who gave me personal service. Result! Am well pleased.
