I've been renewing both car and house insurances with A-Plan for quite a number of years, and have always found the service friendly and efficient. If I have questions or (hope not) need to make a claim, all that is necessary is to make a call, and everything is sorted with the minimum of fuss. Lovely people who really know their stuff!

Very effecient, they came down a bit on price to nearer some online quotes I had received. Very pleasant staff and easy to deal with. If you introduce A plan to someone new you get a £25 voucher. I have been using them for quite a few years now and very happy with their service.
