I found the staff very helpful and informative. My prefered way of renewing my insrance in the future is to call A-plan for the personal touch.
Unfortuantly when I renewed my insurance in Augist of this year via an online method, the payment did not go through which I was unaware of and I foolishly did not think to check for a confirmation email from the company concerend.. This then led to me not being insured which in turn accumilated in me being fined and 6 points adding to my licence.

All the people at A Plan St Albans are brilliant, always going the extra mile to find you the best policy possible. We normally call into the office but of course couldn't this time, however their service was in no way diminished.
