With A Plan, everything was simple. I received a phone call offering to quote me for a renewal of my motor insurance, they gave me a couple of options and I chose the one I wanted. It was good to talk to someone directly instead of scrolling through websites. I don't know whether I could have had a cheaper insurance if I had bothered, but the quote suited me and the convenience of it all was well worth the money

Jane spent time discussing in detail exactly what I needed my policy to cover but also made some very helpful suggestions. She then said she would check to find the best quote and ring back but also told me when to expect her to ring back to manage my expectations and why this was. She rang back as promised and fully explained the policy to confirm that I had the cover I wanted and she had understood this.
