Callum Boyden processed my application with me. He was meticulous without being officious and explained all relevant issues. All angles were carefully explained and and i felt reassured from beginning to end. I had drawn a blank on several online applications, so was delighted to see my application accepted. The whole process took less time than expected, complicated though it was.

The Personal Touch wins every time
I do virtually all my finance online but I prefer with A Plan to have the best of both worlds-- The personal phone conversation/s where I can discuss in depth if I need it. The Office is in my Home town if i want to do face to face and the Online Vault where i can easily access my documents.
I find the pricing competitive and the brokerage fees are very reasonable , i have had online ONLY insurance but i would not go back to it, and even during Covid it has been very much business as normal
