They were extremely quick and responsive to my initial inquiries. They found a great deal after my insurer tried to nearly double my annual premium.

Aplan Shirley have always been friendly and extremely helpful. Never a bother in getting queries answered whether by phone or in person. Their quotations are always very competitive and they will always look at the deal that is right for you, not always the cheapest. It is always nice to speak to someone who knows what he/she is talking about. 5 star every time.

Predictably tried to hike the cost of my policy after 1 year of non-claiming membership. I queried this and the premium was reduced (but to a still somewhat raised level). Loyalty to non-claiming customers would involve keeping the price the same in my view.
