Me and my wife have both are cars insured with A-plan in Poole. We spoke with Ben in the office would was really helpful and found us a really competitive policy. Also its so nice that you can go to the office and speak face to face.

I called the Yeovil branch yesterday and spoke to Scott Allen regarding a quote for my car insurance, Scott was very friendly and helpful he called me back quickly with a price and saved me money. I am very pleased I went with A-Plan its so nice to be able to speak with someone without any pressure.

I called A-Plan this morning and spoke to Adam as I needed to put a new vehicle on risk but my own insurance company, despite having advised me yesterday would be working until 12.00 today, were closed. As this would have delayed collection of the vehicle I decided to use a different company.
Adam was very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions. Due to this, I will certainly bring my other insurance matters to him on renewal; I have one other vehicle and also contents insurance.
I have also advised Adam that I will be happy to recommend him to family, friends and colleagues as I am confident that they too will receive a good service from him.

I have used A plan in Parkstone for the past three years for both car and home insurance and have always found the advice to be helpful and useful. The price they offer is competitive and it is of huge value to know that there is someone there you can speak to in the event of a problem. Grace in particular is always friendly to speak to and calls when she says she will so would highly recommend.

So glad I used A-Plan in Exeter and Nick Mudford as my broker for car insurance. When I unfortunately wrote off my brand new car, I discovered I had an excellent policy that provided a like for like replacement. My car recently got written off I got in touch with A plan Val answered the phone and from then on she took over i was so relieved I hadn’t a clue, couple days later my insurance company (Ageas who have also been so helpful) got in touch with an offer I again rang A plan this time spoke to Oliver he wasn’t happy with the offer so contacted insurance co and got me more, I could not recommend them more highly, next time you’re looking for ins ring them or better still go visit, I have car and house ins with them and I don’t want to go anywhere else

Never used a plan before but I’ve had probably the worst month of my life dealing with vans and cars due to vehicles and rouge traders I’ll be here alday explaining my situation it’s unreal but Scott has Litrally saved me so much time effort and especially money through out all this Crazy month but not a chance I wouldn’t phone Andover a-plan and ask for Scott before I even consider phonen another company hard to find people with that dedication and support these days be surprised if anyone beats there customer service and prices

Took out car insurance with Aplan because of their helpful friendly staff, ended up insuring 3 cars & 2 houses with them. After a recent non fault car accident Ellie has been an absolute star sorting everything out & making what has been an upsetting time so much easier, would highly recommend Aplan not just on price ,but their lovely efficient staff too

I've dealt with A-Plan over the years and have found them to be very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to business contents and vehicle insurance.
My most recent dealings were with Errol at the Shirley branch, an absolute gent who explained every facet of our new policy thoroughly and in "plain english" when required.
I cannot recommend A-Plan enough - keep up the good work Errol!

Very unhelpful about a multi trip travel Insurance policy I took out with them in December 2019 at the cost of £150.00. Obviously I haven’t been able to use it. Other travel Insurance companies have been offering a refund or an extension neither of which A plan ( Sunworld is the Insurer) have offered me. There explanation being I could travel to other countries ( I can’t actually as the foreign office advise is not to travel) or to use in the UK. I don’t need travel insurance in the uk!

I have insured my car with A-Plan (Dunstable branch) for the last few years. I used to spend ages looking on different comparison sites for the best price & found it really confusing trying to understand the different levels of cover, however this is all dealt with by A-Plan during one very quick phone call. They explain everything completely clearly so that I understand everything & I know I am getting the best value for money along with the best customer experience. Even when I have needed to make changes to my policy it has been so simple & quick to do.
My family now also insure their cars through A-Plan & have always had a fantastic service, especially recently after somebody hit & damaged my brothers' car (only 2 weeks after he got it!). We had also recently suffered a family bereavement so stress levels were extremely high, but A-Plan were brilliant - They made sure that everything was resolved as quickly as possible, kept us up-to-date & provided my brother with a curtesy car the next day.
A special mention to Elle who is our point of contact at this branch. She is absolutely bang on - Friendly, proactive, efficient, informative, knowledgeable... I could go on! Thanks so much for all of your help Elle, we really appreciate it.

Several years ago Aplan were fantastic when helping with my claim after a crash. There insurance went up after this and they couldn’t insure me for a reasonable price. This year I was able to go back to them and was really pleased. Unfortunately I was lied to on the phone, I had told the man I spoke to I was hoping to get a new car before Christmas so would need to change the car before the end of my year. I was told it would transfer over and so would my motor legal cover and car insurance. This didn’t happen I was also told it would so up by £100-£200 maximum. When I called I was told it would be going up by £600. Meaning with the money I had already paid they expected over £900 for a 28 year old to be insured on a Corsa. I have cancelled and gone with another company for £460 and had to take out more breakdown and motor legal. I have now lost money and had to pay £30 cancellation fee. Needless to say a lesson has been learnt the bridge has been burnt and I will never be returning.
