Excellent service via telephone. Very competitive premium for my BMW 3 Series saloon when considering the level of cover and the low excesses. I also have my motorcycle covered by A-Plan. Again, a competitive premium when considering the level of cover. Yes, there are cheaper on-line quotes, but often with high excess figures. In addition, I do like having a local office to contact when arranging insurance and if something goes horribly wrong. There's nothing like face-to-face contact when dealing with financial stuff.

Goodmorning. Firstly i would like to say a big thankyou to you all. What a great team you all are. Ive been into my local swindon branch when ive needed help with my car insurance & theres always been someone to speak to when i call. Unfortunately this time i couldnt renew my car insurance with you due to price being abit to high, but i would certainly be giving APlan a call in the future to get new quotes.
