I have been an A Plan customer for a number of years now and currently have commercial and domestic policies through them. I have always had great service and sound advice when sorting out insurance requirements. I love the fact that they are only a phone call away and no call centres and stressful waiting on hold. I generally deal with the Bournemouth branch and I find them to be professional and very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work and you will continue to get my custom in the future.
