Car and now home insurance also arranged by A-Plan Insurance.Was pleasantly surprised that they gave such competitive quotes against the large companies they have to compete with. Pleasant, efficient and thoroughly helpful service from all at the Alton office. Also appreciated the honest advice received from the Life Insurance consultant regarding age-related products. Would definitely recommend speaking to A-Plan before buying any insurance .

I first used A-Plan to insure my new work van, following recommendation of van dealership. In the past I've insured my cars using the various comparison websites available, which I found very time consuming. The whole process of insuring my new van with A-Plan was conducted on the phone, which was so much easier, as they asked all the relevant questions, in an easy to understand manner, Having taken the details they set about getting me the best deal available and I was very pleased to find that it was cheaper than I thought it would be, having done a few comparisons.
Shortly after this experience my car needed to be reinsured, and I received the renewal details from existing insurer. I contacted A-Plan and again it was all covered on the phone apart from confirmation of my no claims which I emailed. Plus I had the benefit of a voucher for insuring a second vehicle.
I will be contacting them in New year when my liability insurance is due.
