My late wife and I have been with Aplan insurance for many many years,they have aways been there for us and have to date never let us down.In today’s world of online sales of insurance ,it’s nice to walk in and have a chat or a local phone call from my Aplan friends. I much regret that insurance companies seem to have no regard for customer loyalty and it is therefore necessary to review the situation at each renewal. I have been dealing with A-plan for 15 years and feel that they carry out this task on my behalf to the best of my interests.
In addition I always found the staff pleasant polite and competent. I don't like the trend from simply sending you documents to putting them on a website for you to access there requiring yet more passwords but so far they have humoured me by emailing the documents direct.
