My branch is Carterton and now that I have moved to Carterton I can drop in and see the staff myself (covid rules permitting....). Special commendation to Sally-Ann Hamblin who is my main contact there and who is super organised and friendly! What a pleasure to deal with her and her office.

I can honestly say it's the best insurance company I have ever dealt with for my business and I can genuinely say out of all the different companies I deal with on a daily basis and have dealt with, that this company cannot do enough for you. Well let me be totally honest I think it's our account manager Tommy Woolway that makes me think this company is the best I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble for this man and he is an absolute asset to this company!! A-plan should be so proud to have a guy like this working for them and from one boss to another I really wouldn't let this guy go. I thank Tommy for his hard work and the stress he takes away from me. Finds the best price on the market and while I'm being honest I now don't bother checking the price because its a waste of time as they come back with the best policy and price every time I have checked.

A-plan insurance has been fantastic and Dan Hurley in Poole has been outstanding in his ability to guide and set up my car and truck insurance over the years and I don't plan on going anywhere else as his service is pleasant professional and most efficient, I also use A-plan for my boat insurance to.

I needed help in responding to a DVLA demand for arrears payment for road tax which was unreasonable. I appears the DVLA did not know the vehicle in question had been written off around 1 August 2020 which I understood had been dealt with by my insurance company arranged through A-Plan. I contacted A-Plan & was given great help from Eliza Tidball in the local Exeter Branch.
