This morning Richard from A Plan replied to me about my Landlord Insurance Renewal , he had scoped the Markets not with just the cheapest but the overall Best Insurance for my needs , this is where A Plan go that extra mile ,YOU! Amazing customer service and I am very happy with my transactions with them. Last week, I just inquired about the quotes for car insurance. I've just renewed my Home Insurance and the insurance on both our cars for another year having been purchasing insurance at the same A Plan office in Carteton, Oxfordshire for a number of years. Sally-Ann Hamblin was excellent, honest, helpful and constructive. I'm a pensioner and rather slow at understanding and making decisions and she explained everything very carefully and made it all easy to understand. I am extremeIy pleased and totally satisfied with the service she provides and will definitely continue to carry on using the same A Plan office at Carteton where we always have received 100% satisfaction.
