I set up new insurance and made some changes go my policy. I had a lady called Laura help me from the Poole branch. She was very helpful, explained everything in full and made the whole experience a lot nicer. I usually dont really trust insurance but she made it so much easier. Thank you Laura.

Renewal for my motor cycle and buildings/ contents insurance both due this month, dealt with by Connor Dennis from the Andover branch.
Very proficient, every question i had was answered and all with a bit of craic, no wonder all our insurances are with A = plan, wouldn, t hesitate to recommend.

I have been with A-plan in Bournemouth for 30 years or so. They have always been extremely helpful, and it’s only when there’s a problem that you find out their true value. Yes, there are sometimes lower quotes to be found, but I am happy to pay a small premium for the knowledge I will have no hassle if the worst happens. My recent experience with Kirsty Fulford was another example of their excellent service, and they are always VERY pleasant and professional. By the way, there’s always the option of calling in for a face to face conversation if that is easier depending on the circumstances.

I have been with A Plan Insurance at Carterton for at least 4 years using them for my wife's car, my car and our house insurances. I find that they are happy to work with you offering good advise especially if you search the internet in finding a lower quote. This year the assistant manager Katherine Hyde-Hunter was very patient and helpful with both the car insurance quotes which ran out in October. The final quotes were very close to those found on the internet with the benefit of being able to contact them easily by phone or in person.

Had a call from the Andover branch to renew my home insurance. A gentleman called Richard Hennen went through my policy and explained everything so clearly! Insurance can be very confusing at times, but Richard answered all the questions I had and managed to find me another great deal.
It’s nice to deal with a real person who is also easily contactable ( not a great big call center!)
