The product in this case was Contents Insurance. One of those things you buy but hope never to have to use. The policy they offered and the price quoted were within industry norms. However the person I spoke with was both pleasant and appeared to know what they were speaking about. There was no pressure to "close the deal" and all my rejections of Add-ons didn't result in a hard sell. They were more than happy to answer all my questions and queries. Basically I got what I wanted at a reasonable cost.
