Used A Plan Thatcham on and off for years only Leave when they can not get close to best price. Biggest gripe having insurance certificate and other docs stored in a vault which when I eventually access I’ve forgotten my password give me paper docs every time please. It must lose repeat business?

Would strongly recommend this company, insured a beach buggy with them and found them very helpful and knowledgeable about what insurance to go for, I have other vehicles with flux insurance but will be trying a plan when there up for renewal.

It was by chance I saw a leaflet about A-Plan so my contents insurance was due but the quote I got from my previous company was way off scale so I rang A-Plan and it was sorted in minutes to just what I needed. thank you

Following a mailshot, I went into their branch in Oxford and arranged my contents insurance. V helpful staff and great deal, better than quotes from a couple of other insurers. The only slight negative was having to wait about 15 mins to be seen as they were all on calls/with customers, but I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem. Will go back to them when my car insurance needs renewing.
