Received very polite, Proffessional advice and service when dealing with Adam to obtain insurance for our Campervan.
The only reason I cannot give a five star rating is that I am not able at this time to comment on their service in the event of making a claim. ( hopefully will never need to)

I’ve been with A-Plan for a number of years and have always received a good service from them, I have given 4 stars because I don’t like the way they keep phoning you when something is due. They always leave a message which is sufficient for me but I don’t like to be hounded.

That mean well and seem efficient but I don’t really want to hear allthe rules told to me.
I liked Ownton much betterand loved dealing with Ruby it was so much more relaxed.
I’m not planing to change though.
